I'm having difficulty receiving or entering my verification code or registering
The verification code can take a few minutes to come through, if you request another one before it has come through then the original code gets overwritten which means it can be hard to know which is the latest code. I would suggest you delete all the verification code emails from your email program to avoid confusion and then re-register to request another one. Then wait up to 15 minutes to receive it and don't request another code in the meantime and then try the code you receive.
The emails might also be going into your spam / junk folder so please check there. We also recommend you add the email address firstname.lastname@example.org to your "safe senders list" so you know our future emails will reach you, including the one with the result and certificate.
Sometimes people have trouble registering because they are using an older browser not supported by our website. You must use the latest version of either Safari, Chrome or Firefox web browsers. Older browsers like Internet Explorer are not supported at all.
If you don't use the latest version of a supported web browser, registration may not work.
