I haven't received my booking reference number for the passenger locator form (PLF)?

Your unique booking reference number for your passenger locator form can be found in your order confirmation email that we sent you when you placed your Day 2 or Day2/Day 8 test order*.

This is different to your payment receipt email and may take a few minutes to come through after you have ordered, please be patient. 

 

It has 12 digits and starts with 'CNINE' e.g. CNINE1234567.

 

If you didn't get an order confirmation email with this code please contact the team with your order ID or the email address you used to make your order and we can provide you with this code.

 

* Please note that lateral flow tests can only be used for Day 2 testing for fully vaccinated individuals if you ARRIVED in the UK on or after the 24th October at 4:00am. If you purchased a lateral flow test before 22nd October you will not have received a booking reference number.
