Can I have a refund for my rapid antigen test?
You have up to 14 calendar days from the moment we confirm acceptance of your order by email to cancel your order and receive a full refund. If your order has been sent to our logistics supplier for dispatch, you will be required to provide the unique kit ID(s) associated with your test kit(s) to receive your full refund*.
After 14 calendar days from acceptance of your order, you may still request to cancel your order and receive a refund. However, there will be a cancellation charge to cover the cost of kits and dispatch we have incurred. This charge will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you.
You have a couple of options:
- The tests are valid for about a year (expiry date on box) so you can keep it to use at a later date. You can also use any previously purchased Day 2 Lateral Flow tests that you have for outbound travel if you so wish.
- Request a full or partial refund as above. The cancellation fee is £7 per order plus £3 per kit refunded.
To receive a refund we need you to tell us:
- Your order ID - you can find this in your order confirmation email
- The unique kit ID number on each kit so we can deactivate it. This ID can be found on the sticker affixed to each kit. It's 8 characters long with a dash in the middle. (Please wait until your kits arrive to provide us with this information)
If you'd like to proceed with a refund please submit a request with the order ID and a list of the kit IDs and we'll be happy to process it for you, it takes 5-10 working days for your refund to be processed.
*Orders are sent for dispatch at multiple times each day. Therefore, it may not be possible to prevent your order being dispatched. We reserve the right to request that goods are returned to us prior to processing the refund.
