My PCR result has not been sent out and it's been more than 24 hours
We aim to get your PCR test results (for outbound travel and test to release) to you within 24 hours of arrival at the lab.
If your result is delayed please check the following:
- Have you registered your result? You need to register the kit ID of the sample you took by visiting www.c19testing.co.uk/register and entering your kit ID (you can find your kit ID on your request form and with your email confirmation.
- Have you checked to see if your sample has arrived at the lab? If you posted your sample please check your tracking information at: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.
- Please remember that samples posted on Saturday morning will not be delivered to the lab until Monday and samples posted after the last collection on Saturday will not be collected until Monday and won't be delivered until Tuesday. (On bank holidays these will be a day later)
You should receive an email to say your sample is being analysed usually within around 7 hours of it's arrival at the lab, our current turnaround times are around 12 hours. If you have not received an analysing email by 12 hours after your sample has arrived at the lab please contact us. If you have not received your result by 20 hours after arrival at the lab please contact us.
