My PCR result has not been sent out and it's been more than 24 hours

We aim to get your PCR test results (for outbound travel and test to release) to you within 24 hours of arrival at the lab.

If your result is delayed please check the following:

  • Have you registered your result? You need to register the kit ID of the sample you took by visiting www.c19testing.co.uk/register and entering your kit ID (you can find your kit ID on your request form and with your email confirmation.
  • Have you checked to see if your sample has arrived at the lab? If you posted your sample please check your tracking information at: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.
  • Did you include your C19 Testing paper request form with your sample return? Without this the laboratory will not know which test to run so please contact us and we can provide this on your behalf.
  • Please remember that samples posted on Saturday morning will not be delivered to the lab until Monday and samples posted after the last collection on Saturday will not be collected until Monday and won't be delivered until Tuesday. (On bank holidays these will be a day later)

If you have not received your result by 20 hours after arrival at the lab please contact us with your name and test kit ID.
