My rapid antigen results certificate has not arrived and it's been more than 12 hours
We will always get your results to you within 12 hours, if it has been more than 12 hours since you submitted your result there are a few possibilities:
- You may not have completed your registration correctly the first time around, when your registration is complete you will receive an email confirmation - if you haven't received this please complete the registration process again.
- The result may have gone into your junk folder as it has an attachment, this is common with email accounts like hotmail and outlook and if you have an alternative email address I suggest you re-enter your registration details using an alternative email account. You can also add c19testing.co.uk to your "safe senders list".
- Occasionally members of the same party can register over the top of each other by accident - please ensure you register with the kit ID on the box of the testing kit you used to complete the sample - you can check on the status of your test by visiting www.c19testing.co.uk/register and entering your kit ID.
