There is a problem with my kit, can you send a replacement?

Sorry to hear there is a problem with your kit, we can either send you a replacement or offer a refund.  If you want us to send a replacement it is helpful if you can let us know in your email to us that you have time to receive this so we can try and dispatch it before our delivery cut off times:

 

Rapid antigen tests last order 8pm Mon-Fri and 6pm Sat-Sun for next day delivery

All other tests order 2pm Mon-Fri for next day delivery
