My booking reference number is not working on my Passenger Locator Form

Your unique booking reference number for your passenger locator form has 12 digits and starts with 'CNINE' e.g. CNINE1234567.

Make sure you do not put any space " " characters before or after the number or it won't be accepted. 

 

Your order ID, or kit ID, which are both 8 digit alpha-numeric numbers, will not work.

 

This booking reference number can be found in your order confirmation email that we sent you when you placed your Day 2 or Day2/Day 8 test order*.

*(This may take a few minutes to come through after you have ordered, please be patient. It is different to your payment receipt).

 

If you do not have a number beginning with "CNINE" in your order confirmation email, please check that you have ordered the right type of test
