My registered sample time has changed or is not what I entered?

If your device is in a different timezone to UK time, when you register your sample details, the system will automatically convert your registered sample time to UK time. This is because your result will be reported in UK time, and we need the two timezones to match.

 

Your certificate will state 'London time' on it, so border officials can calculate any time difference if necessary.

 

If you are already in the UK but your device is set to a different timezone, the system will still convert your sample time to the relative UK time. In this example please can you set your device to UK time to complete your re-registration, or re-register your sample time and manually account for the time zone difference.
