How can I get a refund for my Day 2 rapid antigen lateral flow test?
These tests are stable at room temperature for several months so if you are planning to travel later in the year you may wish to hold onto your testing kit and use it at a later date. When you register your test kit details on our website as part of the testing process, you can indicate that it is being used for outbound travel.
If you would prefer to receive a refund, please submit a request to our support team with your order ID and kit ID(s) of the test(s) you wish to cancel so that we may deactivate them (instead of you posting the test kits back to us)*. The kit IDs can be found on the C19 Testing sticker affixed to your test kit box. It's 8 characters long with a dash in the middle. At present we are unable to accept returns so please do not do so.
We will provide a full refund if your test kit was ordered in the last 14 days or a partial refund if your test kit(s) was ordered more than 14 days ago as per our terms of service.
*We reserve the right to request that goods are returned to us prior to processing the refund.
