Why don't you have a phone number?

We used to have a phone number but this does not allow us to prioritise requests based on urgency.  We are very responsive by email/contact form and we have a system to prioritise really urgent messages related to results, we are available for urgent queries between 8am-10pm 7 days a week, even over public holidays.

 

Please do not send us multiple emails about the same issue, far from speeding things up it actually slows us down.  Thanks a lot for your patience, we will do our very best to help you with any issues you may have as soon as we are able to.
