What type of test result is acceptable to prove I had Covid?
This depends on the country you are travelling to. Some countries only accept tests like a PCR test for confirmation of infection, or will require the test to have been conducted by a healthcare professional, others will accept a rapid antigen test result. The test result you send us needs to have been confirmed by a verified laboratory or the NHS. For example, if you have used an antigen test to confirm your positive test result this must be verified by a third-party lab or confirmed by NHS Test and Trace via email/SMS. We will not be able to accept results that have not been verified - for example a photo of a positive rapid antigen test cassette taken at home will not be accepted as proof of past infection.
